「部屋は広く、簡易キッチン付きでとても快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーです。倉庫街も近く朝散歩できます。ミニチュアランドも散歩がてら朝行きました。地下鉄の駅に近く、ホテル近くの入り口が再開してエスカレーターができれば、スーツケースでの中央駅へのアクセスがさらに良くなります。」

「Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlt eine bessere Beschriftung am Gebäude und ein Hinweisschild von der großen Straße zum Hotel und Parkplatz. Man kann im Nebengebäude (anderes Hotel) Frühstücken, aber auch hier fehlt die Beschriftung. Ansonsten top!👍Empfehlenswert wenn man digital gut unterwegs ist weil die Buchung und das Einchecken nur digital funktioniert (es gibt kein Personal)」

「部屋とってもキレイでした。キッチンもベッドもトイレも清潔。 3泊4日で宿泊させていただき、朝はスーパーで買った卵やパン等をキッチンで軽く調理して食べてました。自分の家より住心地良かったです（笑）部屋に清掃入りませんが、リクエストすればやってくれるはずです。私は、3日目にタオルだけ受付で新しいものもらいました。 1Fで水やコーヒーがタダで飲めるサービスも良かったです。 This hotel is perfect!! Kitchen, bathroom and bed are clean. I bought eggs, bread, butter and etc at the near supermarket, and I made breakfast at the kitchen everyday. This hotel don't come to clean this room everyday. But if you want it, please say it at the front. In my case, I said I wanted only new towels...

「Sバーン、Uバーン共に5分以内で利用できる立地で、ホテル周辺にはレストランやカフェがたくさんあります。またすぐ裏にスーパーもあり大変便利でした。ホテル周辺は静かで落ち着いています。また部屋も広く、清潔感があり、キッチンには最低限の自炊できる道具が揃っています。無料で利用できるランドリールームもあり大変助かりました。次回また訪れることがあれば利用したいです。」

「Leider ist im Moment (Sept. '25) eine Baustelle vor und am Hotel, wodurch es tagsüber sehr laut ist. Das Zimmer selber war bei geschlossenem Fenster aber recht gut schallisoliert und es gibt gratis Ohrenstöpsel. Sonst war alles wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Super war auch der supply closet, falls mal etwas ausgeht. Man kann sich sogar Sportmatten leihen. Leider war für unseren Abreisetag kein Late-checkout mehr verfügbar, den sollte man bei Bedarf also...

「The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. 」

「Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us...

「Fantastisk ophold – kan varmt anbefales! Jeg havde et helt igennem dejligt ophold på sylc. Fra jeg trådte ind ad døren, følte jeg mig velkommen. Personalet var utroligt venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle – altid smilende og klar til at hjælpe. Værelset var lyst, rent og moderne indrettet med en rigtig behagelig seng. Rengøringen var i top, og der var små fine detaljer som opvaskemaskine køleskab/fryser og kaffe maskine. Badeværelset var rummeligt og veludstyret med gode produkter. 」

"　まず、当ホテル及び運営会社は非白人宿泊者に対してあまりよい扱いは行っていなかった。具体的には、ａチェックインの際に宿泊カードの記載について不備を高圧的に指摘・指示した。ｂ後述にもつながるけれど、中央部から最も離れたＷｉｆｉの繋がらない部屋をあてがった。ｃ朝食の際に、欧米人客には挨拶のみだったにもかかわらず、５泊している私には毎回いきなり部屋番号を聞いてきた。　Ｗｉｆｉに関しては、繋がらないことを訴え改善（機器の点検、部屋交換等）を懇願したけれど、全く聞き入れず問題ないと言い張り、使いたければロビーで使えと言った。ホテルに訴えても無駄だったので運営会社にＥメールを送ったけれど４日目に何か返事が来た。　その時点で、部屋に来て確認してくれと言う何度目かの訴えに対して、確認はせず（繋がらないことは知っているからか？）ようやく部屋を交換した。よって、返信は何も意味がなかった。　さらに、つながったＷｉｆｉも現在の標準からは非常に遅いＵＬ／ＤＬとも１０Ｍｂｐｓ以下だった。　また、部屋の造作・設備は古く。デスク上に電源はなく下方壁の電源２箇所はテレビと冷蔵庫で塞がれ、そのほかはデスクから３メートル以上離れた壁面で、持ち込みデバイスの電源にはならない。　このようなことから、特に日本人のＭｅｓｓｅ等業務関係旅行者には勧められない。"

"駅近、スーパーも近く、夜到着しても大丈夫。スタッフも最高にフレンドリーで良かったですただ、環境に優し過ぎて、アメニティーは全くなし。トイレットペーパーも少ししか無く、足りない時はフロントまで行かなきゃならないです。"
