Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not.

Pas de climatisation

En plein mois d’août, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. On n’a pas dormi de la nuit avec 3 enfants dont un bébé c’était irrespirable dans la chambre. Ils sont intervenus le matin pour réparer mais en fait aucun changement. C’est dommage pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles.

Otel odaları geniş, temiz ve güzel. Personel kibar ve ilgili. Merkezde olması büyük kolaylık. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Otelden bir gün önce çıkış yapmam gerekti söylememe gerek kalmadan ücret iadesi yapıldı. Teşekkürler.

Sauberes Hotel

Die Hotel Anlage ist sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit, leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Hatte 2018 auch ein aufenthalt im Hotel, wo die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist ummitelbar in der Nähe bis in die Stadt sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Frühstück ist ausgeglichen und gut. Für den Preis finde ich das Hotel in Ordnung für ein längeren Aufenthalt würde ich raten im Vorfeld zu klären, ob die Klimaanlagen funktionieren.

Hallo Ich war mit mein zwei Söhnen da und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß das Schwimmbad und hamam hat uns sehr gefallen und das Frühstück und das Essen war besonders lecker ;)

Karşılama dışında her şey iyiydi

Otel konum ve temizlik açısından oldukça iyiydi ancak resepsiyonda daha profesyonel çalışılmasını beklerdik. Yaklaşık yarım saat resepsiyonda konaklama ücretini ödediğimizi ispat etmekle uğraştık, ardından yanlış oda anahtarı verildiğini odaya geldiğimizde anladık. Karşılama hoş olmadı ama seyahatin geri kalanında otelden memnun kaldık.

Odada ikram olarak sunulan kapalı suyun kapağının açılarak çeşme suyu doldurulmuş olması dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Bu sorunu aktardığım otel yetkilileri, daha önce de benzer sorunla karşılaştıklarını, daha önce konaklayan misafirlerin ücretli mini bardaki su ile ikram olarak kullanılan suyu değiştirdiklerini belirterek özür dilediler ve mini bardan kullandığım su için ücret talep etmediler.
