「Location is perfect! 」

「A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

「We had the most amazing view of Banderas Bay. Rooms were clean, one bed was comfortable, the other bed was a bit worn down. Hosts are great. Living room furniture is a bit worn as well but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.」

「Great location in Zona Romantica. Property is located at the end of the road (and gated entry). So very quiet. Great ocean view, and just steps to the beach.」

「Nice studio appartment in the heart of the romantic zone. Close to many restaurants and market. Great roof top pool area with great views of PV inluding nightly fireworks.Only giving 4 stars as we woke up to construction noise most mornings that was in the same building directly below us. Made it difficult to have a relaxing morning coffee in our unit. You might want to check when construction is expected to be done if you like to hang out the unit.」
