"I wish I could give The RIU Palace Pacifico more than 5 stars. The staff is amazing, very helpful and accommodating to all your needs. The food is very delicious, we never had a bad meal after trying all the many restaurants they have to offer. The grounds are very clean, they are continously cleaning. We will definitely be back again."

"The pool was sparking clean. The staff were great. The pictures make it look like it's a bigger property, but it's really small and all 3 towers are separate entrances. It's close to downtown but the location was not quite what I was expecting. The room was tiny. Pictures make it look bigger but were still accurate. Overall it was completely fine. No elevators and no way of knowing when booking that we would be on the second floor. The worst part was the rooms - you can hear everything going on outside. One night a dog across the street was barking for an hour and it sounded like it right outside our door. Not really any fault of the hotel but it was sooooo annoying. The beds were also very hard. Not the worst, but still hard."

"This was the perfect spot to stay. Mark has done a wonderful job of creating a beautiful space to rest and relax. The casita has everything you need-well stocked kitchen, pool towels, lounge chairs and pool toys. Everything was very clean and kept up. Mark and Katrina were lovely hosts and attentive to everything. We enjoyed them very much. Easy walk to the beach and pretty much everything you need and anything you would like to eat or do. We hope to make a return visit to the casita! "

"This property has great rooms with full kitchens. All the appliances that you would need for a vacation. The bar makes excellent margaritas and the staff is great."

"The pool was enjoyable and the hotel is conveniently located. We upgraded our room because we would have been beside the road and I worried about noise. The upgrade was to a less modern room but oh well. The staff was great!!! "

"We had a great stay at this property in February. Both Andy and Armando were very responsive to inquiries. We had arranged through the hosts to have groceries delivered and a chef for two nights which worked out perfectly. We were a group of 10 who fully enjoyed the pool and the daily pickleball games. The house was located in a traditional Mexican neighbourhood and was about a 20 minute walk to the beach. The only recommendation I have is to add loungers (as shown in the pictures) so that you can suntan comfortably. We had to lay on the cement on towels which was not very comfortable. There are a number of patio chairs for outdoor seating and dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
