Parfait pour 3 jours

SĆ©jour de ski Ć  Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-dĆ©jeuner trĆØs correcte, dĆ®ner beaucoup moins. Personnel trĆØs-trĆØs aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter Ć  la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (trĆØs pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais Ƨa fait du bien quand mĆŖme. On reviendra.

hotel bien situado pero muy dejado

El hotel en un principio pinta bien por su situaciĆ³n pero cuando entras te das cuenta de que deja mucho que desear ya que estĆ” muy dejado y la limpieza muy justita. La habitaciĆ³n superior deja mucho q desear. Sin espacio para moverse.(nosotros Ć©ramos 4) el baƱo muy sucio y pequeƱo. Muchas humedades en la habitaciĆ³n. La comida escasa, un bufĆ© muy pobre. Para cenar garbanzos??? lo Ćŗnico camarero muy atento y servicial. La Luz del pasillo q va a las habitaciones 3 dĆ­as que estuvimos allĆ­ sin funcionar. Avisamos q a la nena le daba miedo ir x la noche a la habitaciĆ³n pero nada... Lo Ćŗnico bueno la cercanĆ­a a pistas

Un finde estupendo con mi mujer desde el primer piĆ© que pusimos en el hotel, una AtenciĆ³n excelente por parte de la direccion y del personal. Muy amables y detallistas con su clientes mejorando cada dĆ­a mas sus servicios. Aconsejamos mi mujer y yo a que descubrais Ć©ste magnĆ­fico hotel y de disfrutar de sus instalaciones como el spa, de las vistas de su restaurante asĆ­ como de sus habitaciones... Aprovechamos para felicitar a toda una direccion joven a que sigan con tan buena LABOR..!! Un saludo de Ani y Joan... Gracias....

HĆ“tel sympa , chambre spacieuse et propre , centre de remise en forme super . Demi pension idĆ©ale , petit dĆ©jeuner en buffet trĆØs copieux , varie et rĆ©approvisionnĆ© jusqu'Ć  sa fermeture , repas du soir servi Ć  table avec choix ( 3 entrĆ©es , 3 plats , 3 desserts ) seuls les desserts ne sont pas top . TrĆØs peu de monde fin mars , sĆ©jour calme et reposant , personnel aux petits soins , prix dĆ©fiants toute concurrence , mais c'est un 4 Ć©toiles en Andorre mais cela ne correspond pas Ć  le norme franƧaise ( plutĆ“t 3 ) On y retournera avec plaisir

A Room with an interesting twist.

Booked on Internet as a cheap stop over on the way back to UK. On the map it looked relatively close to A10. It is reached by long straight A roads. The village is in the middle of nowhere. There is a big Lorry park fronting the road which you need to turn into. The hotel entrance is to the far right of the Lorry park. Sign Hotel and club entrance ! The friendly receptionist explained that ClubPrive is a swingers club!!! Wasn't open the night we stayed so can't give that a review. Do not be put off. The room was large, clean, massive wet room/bathroom, tea and coffee making, themed room, quiet and comfortable beds.Slept like a log. Ps truckers restaurant was quirky but food ok.

Nice hotel

good hotel close to the ski resort, 10 min by car. Spa was nice but only once to use free, after cost 25 euros! The room are ok, the breakfast was not the best but ok!

El paraje es precioso, pero impresiona la dejadez

Hemos hecho cuatro noches y de pena, ya que no hay personal suficiente, el desayuno a las 9 de la maƱana no habia practicamente nada, solo estaba el cocinero y un pinche para todo; una desorganizacion total, la habitacion uno de los dias se les ĀØolvido ĀØhacerla y la direccion estaba ausente. Resumen: desorganizacion total. En estas fechas es un hotel solo para esquiadores, ya que salen corriendo a primera hora y lo dejan todo destrozado, parece que se acaba el mundo antes de las 8 de la maƱana.

Very close to the slopes so this was the big plus

Rooms where heated constantly without us being able to regulate the temperature sonwe had to sleep with windows open. Also the spa facilities had mould

ExpedĆ­a no mando la reserva al hotel, y al llegar nos dijeron que no existĆ­a ninguna reserva a mi nombre... el hotel no estaba lleno y nos pudieron dar habitaciĆ³n, pero de haber estado lleno... a dormir en la calle. La habitaciĆ³n normal pero grande, el desayuno poca variedad. Solo pan y un poco de embutido. Ya no quedaba nada de bolleria. Nos hicieron unos huevos revueltos con bacon porque ya no quedaba mucha cosa

Buena relaciĆ³n calidad-precio

En general muy bien, sobretodo el personal muy amable pero la limpieza tanto del Hotel en general como de la habitaciĆ³n y sobretodo la terraza, deja mucho que desear.

Whats Good. site very pretty, evening food good. Whats not so good. no coffee facilities in room, difficult to air room without very loud rushing water sounds. breakfast. cooked and left to go cold. no cereal alternative. No drinking water in room. jacuzzy bath rail broken and unsafe.
