"Everything was just about perfect. They only thing that was off was how the staff didn’t seem to be too friendly. Don’t get me wrong they didn’t do anything wrong and were very efficient but were not friendly, which left things feeling a bit off. Other than that, excellent property."

"This is a smaller resort compared to other ones that are very popular. But I kid you not this was the better option for us it was such a wonderful stay. The property was well maintained, the staff was great and very friendly, The room was beautiful with the hacienda vibe, and the free breakfast was amazing. And don't even get me started with the pool slide and jacuzzi. Everything about this place was amazing especially how everything we wanted to do was only 15-20min drive! I will definitely be booking again and brining my kids next time! 10/10"

Oceanfront ground level condo on a Private Beach in a lovely resort!

"The condo itself was fine, the wifi only worked on the TV if no one else was connected to it. The matter bedroom's AC didn't work very well and even though there was a fan it wasn't enough. The tide only came in from 2 to 5pm the rest of the time it was more then a mile away. The spa wasn't opened during the week and neither was the pool bar and there was no poolside service. We bought into the whole resort amenities and had we known they weren't available and the tide was only there for a few hours we wouldn't have paid as much to stay 30 minutes away from town."

"This was our 2nd stay at “Casa Blanca”- which is the name my oldest grandson gave it! Lots of space! And compared to Las Conchas, very quiet. After four stays at three different properties in Puerto Penasco, this has been our favorite- which is why we returned 3 years after the first stay. The beach is just steps off the huge patio, which includes both a charcoal grill and a pellet-type smoker/grill/griddle combo. The beach itself is nice. This is on Choya Bay, so no surf- and no stingrays! Very shallow water ideal for young children. We look forward to our next stay at “Casa Blanca”!"

"This condo was exactly what we wanted. The patio is absolutely on the verge of paradise. The condo is large, and accommodating for those wanting to stay for longer periods of time. The washer and dryer appear to be new and worked great for us. We cooked in the kitchen daily. The cookware is better than my cookware at home however the kids and I had a hard time getting used to not having a sink disposal, but I know that's common in many places. The television offers streaming services during those needed downtimes. The host is extremely responsive to any issues or questions.The "activity" office offers more than what is stated on the website. There are kayaks, body boards, pool toys, life jackets, and much more, all free. While the pool is gorgeous, it is not heated. So beware during the off season! The food and drink offered at the resort are delicious but be prepared to pay mucho dinero. We made several trips to Walmart to buy groceries to prepare in the kitchen ourselves.Monday-Friday were VERY quiet while we were there. On the weekends it became somewhat of a party hub. Check the tides in order to plan your days around! Very high tide can be deceivingly deep and rough! But most of all... SHELLS! We came back home with dozens (hundreds?) of them. The absolute best part about the trip! Absolutely would stay again if the chance arises. (We did have a coyote follow us 2 days in a row while taking my dogs for a walk, common in the area)."
