「What I liked is the reception staff were so helpful before we arrived I rang expedia to upgrade my room to a studio and add my grandaughter to expedia wanted to charge me an extra 800 pound , I refused and tried to contact the hotel but Expedia blocked any interaction with the hotel direct was so frustrating and stressful so we decided we would take the grandaughter with no room organized and sort it at reception the hard rock hotel were amazing ,they apologized, and said there hands were tied as...

「Amazing facilities」

「It was very difficult to find the property as from the car park the entrances aren't numbered so you've no idea where you are going. The property very austere and basic, which initially was a little unwelcoming. It also had a strong stale smell so had to open the window. However the parking is easy and the facilities and setting good so for the price I'd stay for a short trip again.」

「It's rather far from city center, but we could have very nice breakfast on seaside. 」

「Todos fue muy bueno. Recomendado」

「I really enjoyed my stay at Mella Marbella and would definitely recommend it. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. The location is perfect if you want to be close to Puerto Banús, but I really appreciated that it’s away from all the noise, so you can still relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Overall, a lovely place to stay and somewhere I’d happily return to. A special mention to Lilly, Maria, Morillo and Joanhi, who were absolutely...

「Very clean, amazing rooms, excellent location, friendly staff especially Anna at the front desk and pool side staff. Truly a five star hotel. Would definitely go back. Ty Iberostar」

「Loved our teepee tent with kitchenette and lounge and deck was a bonus. Well equipped and clean. Steep ladder to loft room which retained heat unless the air con was left on all day. Lovely camp site, good size pool with slide, massages are excellent but the spa area was disappointing with moderate pressure jets in the jacuzzi and steam room out of order. Friendly staff and helpful. BP next door handy for supplies. Only downside is the 30min walk into town.」
