Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

Overall decent property . Very large and a lot of stairs. The staff were nice but not able to communicate well when asked a question . The resort has great potential with a little revamp Ex. Updating the rooms, bbq on the beach, staff must know English when working in tourism .

It took me quite a while to find the hotel. I assumed I was lost and contacted the property asking them to send a location.
