"the hotel loss the electricity at 10 pm and we have no A/C in the rooms with 95 degrees, they did not had a plan B, like a electric plan or something to keep cool the rooms, plus there was a party in the pool area that end around 8 am. all night with no A/C and loud music. it was insane. "

The staff is so professional and helpful, they helped me celebrate my birthday and made our stay very pleasant despite the inconveniences due to bad weather.
