「Enormous room! Nice size pool and hot tub. Adorable restaurant available and delicious food! Exceptionally clean and minutes from the airport! Definitely will be back」

「Customer facing staff (servers, concierge) were outstanding. Kudos to Leonardo, Ulyses, Omar, Alex and Alfredo. Back office staff (room staff, admin) not quite so good. We only got nightly turn down service about 50% of the time and our welcome letter was addressed to someone else. Emilianos restaurant was disappointing. The main room was closed and we were shunted into a spare room, square with white walls, little decoration and no entertainment - the atmosphere was terrible. We dined on...

「I was able to see the whole city from my room」

「Excelente atención y buenas instalaciones. Alberca con buena temperatura」

「The staff and entertainment was amazing. The front desk people were nice. The concierge was very welcoming and I truly enjoyed our stay.」

「The house provided everything we needed. Though for us a couple missing items in the kitchen. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. 」

「Great view, quiet. Lots of nice guests. Staff are friendly」

「Air conditioning noisy And the sink in the bathroom was not draining well」

「The acomodaytion the give me a room in the 6 floor event fo I told the staff I have ankle surgery, they dont care ,I offer more more money no respond. The elevator has a mal function it doesn't work since yesterday imagine ho downstairs, and take the staris everyday up an down, horrible very discouraged, I love the hote,I been coming to this hote for almost 35 years I'm sad the way people in reception treat people Thank you」
