"Our stay in Samara was wonderful! The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself on vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler and even some beach toys. The house is set back off the road and it is incredibly private and peaceful. It was always a joy to come back home. We loved our cow and horse neighbors-it was so fun to see them everyday. It was also fun watching the toucan’s play in the treetops. Could not have asked for a better vacation property! Thank you Nury! "

"We recently stayed at Casa Suarez, and overall had a pleasant experience. The property was clean and generally as described in the listing. We felt very safe during our stay, and the host was excellent with communication — responsive and helpful.The home is located about a 10-minute drive from Sámara, so it’s convenient if you have a vehicle. A rental car is definitely needed to get to the beach, restaurants, and shops. There is a mini mart within walking distance that was very well stocked.The outdoor space and pool were highlights of our stay — we really enjoyed relaxing there. One thing future guests should be aware of is that there is noticeable noise from nearby traffic, barking dogs, and chickens, particularly at certain times of day.The reliability of the utilities during our stay, caused some inconvenience, but this is to be expected in Costa Rica, and the host did make efforts to address the issue.Overall, this is a good option for travelers who plan to have a car and don’t mind some typical rural noise while staying near Sámara."

"Our family of 10 just completed a terrific ten day stay at Casa Mesakeca. The host (Sue) was very gracious and easy to communicate with and the local manager was equally helpful and communicative. The house is beautiful, spacious and well appointed with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We had plenty of room to spread out as needed and the large living area, kitchen, dining area and pool also made it easy for the 10 of us to enjoy family meals and fun. The setting is peaceful and the drive to town and the beach is short (5 minutes or so). There are sufficient pool and beach toys, chairs etc. on site to support fun in or beside the water in either location. We all agreed it was a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay and we’d definitely be interested in rebooking the next time we return to Samara."

"Amazing views! Beautiful home in a convenient location to Samara and many outstanding beaches. Saw lots of wildlife every day. There were monkeys next to the driveway and hummingbirds at the feeder all the time. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we used it sparingly, and the separated bedrooms worked well for our group (two adult couples). When at the house, we spent most of our time on the back patio and in the pool, enjoying the magnificent ocean view. The host and management company were very responsive from first contact to checkout. I can’t wait to stay here again. "
