Casa Hacienda San Jose is such a beautiful place to stay. Tha Hacienda is traditional and magnificent, the grounds are stunningly beautiful and kept in great condition, and the staff are all wonderful. It has such a lovely vibe, and is tranquil and calm, being about a 3.5 hours (and easy) drive south of Lima. This was our second stay, for a special occasion, and we loved it just us much as our first stay. I am sure that we will return many times in the future, and I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Below expectations

Below expectations. Service at the restaurant is super slow (about an 1 hr wait from the moment you sit down to what your food is brought to the table). Not all staff members are nice. The animals at the barn looked a little underfed (especially the cow). The hotel in general feels like it needs more maintenance.

Idealer Ort für die ganze Familie zu Erholung

Sehr grosse und ruhige Anlage. Ausgezeichnet für Erholung. Sehr geeignet für Kinder. Leider schliesst Bar schon früh. Essen sehr gut und grosse Auswahl. Taxiservice vor Ort oder hoteleigene Transfermöglichkeiten fehlen. Viele Aktivitäten in der Anlage.

Excelente atención y servicios. Solo dos sugerencias: 1. Wifi en las habitaciones y no solamente en las áreas externas. 2. Hay mosquitos en el área de comida. No muchos, pero podría hacerse algo para evitarlos por completo.

Schöne Anlage mit technischen Problemen

Am ersten Morgen gab es in einem Zimmer kein warmes Wasser. Am zweiten Abend in dem anderen Zimmer ebenfalls und am zweiten Morgen in beiden Zimmern nicht. Das Problem wurde jeweils innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten behoben, aber erst nachdem reklamiert wurde an der Rezeption. Und dies muss persönlich erfolgen, da die Zimmer kein Telefon haben.

Me fue bastante bien. Es más tuvieron bastante atención con el apoyo a mi bebé. Lo único que quizá debieran de mejorar es en el tema de la demora en el tiempo de la comida, sin embargo,estuvo muy rico.
