「The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. 「We were a group of old friends getting together and the house is perfect. Lots of bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. But the best thing is the fourth story rooftop terrace. Ate dinner there, watched the beach and made smores. Short walk to the beach. They still have a few details to work out since the renovations but it is a great place for a get together. Could easily accomodate a group with lots of children.」
