「It truly is the best place to stay. We had a family group of 12 stay for 5 nights. It was perfect. Everyone had their own room & bathroom, a huge kitchen & dinning room. 「Absolutely lovely stay! This adorable A frame had all the amenities you could need! And location was perfect. In the middle of a beautiful jungle but only a couple minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Also very conveniently located for seeing Rio Celeste and other tours. I loved the upper balcony that overlooks the jungle. We woke up every morning to the sounds of monkeys, toucans and many other birds. At night there was a firefly show that took my breath away! 「We stayed several days and as other reviews stated bugs were an issue due to ripped and holes in screens. Cookware needs replacement and the rubber like plastic plates ,which were only option should definitely be replaced. These few easy fix minor cost upgrades would make a huge difference in my opinion. With that constructive criticism being said we enjoyed our stay there and would potentially visit again in the future.」

「This house was really a gem, well equipped and surrounded by nature. Just be SURE to rent a 4WD vehicle, as there are many steep and winding dirt roads to access the property with huge potholes and ruts. We knew about this area but if you have never been there be prepared for an off-road experience. Lots of birds and beauty make the effort worthwhile. Friendly and helpful caretakers. We had a lovely time:)」

「Great spot to land and really get away from the majority of tourists. Local restaurants are cheaper, people are happier and it is not that far to all things Arenal. The house was great and property manager responded quickly when we had questions. Only thing is there is just one gate code, doors take a bit to get used to lock and unlock and house is 4th one on the left. But those are just minor things. 」

「This is very much a stay at a family’s home versus a primary rental purpose. It is a drive to everything but you get a lot of beds for the price. We had a very action packed time closer to La Fortuna so this house fit our low key plans.
