「I’m so glad that we chose this hotel to stay during our holiday in Yerevan. Staff were the kindest of all. Rooms are very clean and well prepared for your stay. 「It was very difficult to communicate with the hotel by email or Expedia message. And the given info (eg. swimming pool towel related, frequency of room towels/linens changes) by the manager and the staff were different, and confused/uncomfortable feelings I had. TV problem was not handled even the front staff said to send somebody (no show), and other issues that I faced.
