"I'ts a beautiful boutique hotel, the staff is so nice, the room is so clean and has details that make u feel at home. We liked the easter chocolate eggs they put in the cofee tray at the room. The breakfast was the best we have at all our europe trip, they really make an outstanding service even when we didn't reserve the breakfast they made a great buffet for us in 15 min with fresh bread and everything delicious. "SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. "

"To start off on a good note, the apartment is ok and spacious the Wi-Fi and tv working. The trouble started when we wanted to park the car, arriving late Friday driving from Denmark, we were anxious to start our vacation. We had received information a picture of the garage belonging to this apartment, but none of the four keys worked. They couldn’t even get into the keyhole, we called the contact number at hotels.com and were redirected to Lux Flats. I explained the situation and a kind man said...

"Room was lovely, I had a single room which was small but perfect for what I needed. The location was great. Right next to the train station where the airport bus drops you and easy walk in to the Old Town. Breakfast was good too. Staff were great once you found them! That was the only negative. There was no one permanently on reception so I always had to go hunting for someone when I wanted them. I arrived late at night and the front doors had been closed. There was a note giving a mobile phone number to call to be allowed in. At that point I didn’t have a data plan to be able to do this so luckily a guest outside let me in. I then had to join the wifi to call to find the staff member to get my key. Hassle that I didn’t need late at night when I just wanted to sleep. Other than that it was great and I would stay again."

"The rooms and common areas in the hotel are new and pleasant. The room was very clean and I couldn’t find fault with it. Not the largest room but surely larger than other alternatives in this range. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature could be controlled easily. The bathroom was in good shape but a suggestion would be to address the shower where the water can occasionally run cold for a second or two at a time. Would work well with better a better iron and ironing board. Also, you can occasionally hear the guests in adjoining rooms. An available laundry room would help."

"This was a fantastic stay! I arrived very early and they were extremely accommodating in storing my bags while I explored the city. My room was clean and spacious. The front desk was fantastic in offering suggestions on how to get around the city and even calling me a taxi for the next morning."

"This is an excellent choice for visitors to Luxembourg. Rooms are spacious and the beds, super comfy. Very well appointed, smart bathrooms, it was a lovely room to come back to. Views from the bar on the 8th floor are great, so enjoy a drink and take in the view. Staff are incredibly helpful and with easy access to all the sights of the city, this is a great option for a luxury stay."
