「We asked to change our room. Our neighbors were noisy like I never met. Weren’t able to use balcony. Have to sleep with closed window. Hotel was empty, but they say that this is only till tomorrow. As I understand they didn’t want to take even little trouble. Spoiled vacation. Rather shabby, too.」

「Neither WAZE nor Google Maps got us to the right place. Thankfully the mini-market shop owner was able to point out the correct road to get to the hotel, which by the way, is really a motel by US standards. However, under the current (bombed out) circumstances of part of the property, the management did a superb job of providing a great set of amenities to compensate.」
