"Food was amazing. Staff was exemplary. The grounds, location and view out the window was unparalleled. But… Horrible climb to third floor with rickety stairs and zero elevator… very difficult with luggage and a baby. Spiders in room. Bathroom FLOOR was covered in what seemed like wallpaper… was wet ..."
