Very service oriented staff. Grea location.

The Comfort Hotel Eilat Hotel is in a good location for walking around Eilat. The facility itself could probably stand some updating, but it was more than adequate. We stayed one night, and the hotel allowed us to leave our car and luggage for another couple of days when we visited Petra in Jordan. When we were ready to leave, one of the staff helped us print our boarding passes and required forms. They were very pleasant and aimed to please. The included breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. One odd thing is that our confirmation indicated that bed linens were not provided, so we carried sleep sacks with us. As it turned out, bedding was provided. Overall this hotel was perfect for our needs.

Room was clean, the hotel staff were friendly. The location (close to central bus station) is convenient especially for tourist who use bus.

This was a very nice property. It isn't on the beach-- not sure if it is available, but even a room with a sea view would be a stretch-- but a very nice budget alternative to a more expensive beach hotel. That said, we easily spent our days hanging out at the beach. That staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a feast that took us, usually, to an early dinner. Just wish the pool was open past 5pm.

We arrived in the afternoon to actually a hotel under renevation, at Covid19 time ,no Brkfst was served, not even lunch box in stead, as mentioned in the hotel web site. C/I was friendly Room was comfort and clean, We missed to have Breakfast at the hotel😕

Hotel tell needs some updating. The AC did not work very well which is important in Eilat. The location is not convenient to the beach.

Good value fpr your money

Small and nice hotel, not far from the beach and the center mall. Breakfast was basic. clean, and comfortable. The staff was kind, Polite with ecxellent service.

The room was noisy with someone above me moving the furniture constantly. The internet was not working. The room was small at the end of the corridor. When I asked to change the room even though it is obvious that the hotel is not full I was turned down.
