「A few thoughts... Eilat needs better parking options. Not the responsibility of the hotel directly, but there are no great options for arriving by auto during a holiday or on a busy day. But, it seems that if the hotels got together with the city something could be done to improve both the parking and traffic flow around the hotels. 「I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around...

「I liked everything. Firstly, they settled us immediately upon arrival (we arrived at 13.00), received us cordially and warmly. Secondly, cleanliness and order are everywhere. 「I have stayed at many 5 star properties but the level of customer appreciation in this family friendly hotel would put them to shame. Any request was responded to promptly and with a smile. Employees seemed happy and that translated into service. Kudos to the manager. We were a large group(3 suites- 5 adults and 3 children). Meals were buffet style with food options for vegans, vegetarians and children always available. I would definitely come back.」
