「Location was ok for city centre. Apartment was on ground florr next to busy road and buildings front door that slammed shut everytime someone entered/exited which was often. No English instructions for appliances (heating/oven) and vendor didn't answer messages when we enquired about them.」

「Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for」

「The owner let us check in early, which was super nice. The location is very nice and quiet, in the middle of the woods with a lot of walking trails. One set of linen for two weeks is a little bit sparse due to not having a washer and dryer at the location, so bringing an extra set can be handy if you stay longer than a week. Very nice outdoor space. The only negative experience was that someone tried to enter the apartment before we checked out but luckily we had the front door locked.」

「I cannot say enough nice things about the host or the apartment. Roberto is an excellent host, very responsive. The location is in the heart of the historic district, and will be even even better once the tram starts accepting passengers (it was doing trial runs my entire two week visit). 」
