There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!"

Consider putting plugs at the bunkbeds for electronics access Room and bathroom trashcans were super small Room temperature felt very warm, could only adjust down to 67 degrees Would have loved for real washcloths in the room vs. the paper ones. Pros: Nice size family room Clean common areas Loved the coffee room Beautiful hotel overall"

Good comfy bed as well for a good nights sleep. Plenty of bathrooms, some single sex and some shared. Showers were good however no room to bring your items into the cubicle with you like towel or change of clothes. However good hairdryers and space in the cubicle for showering. Good access to public transport which takes you straight into central. Good supermarket near by for odd shopping. I would stay at this hotel again if I were to return to Amsterdam in the future"
