Noise:
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood and we wish to maintain friendly relations with our neighbours. The guest agrees to not act in any way that would cause disturbance to local residents.
Non-smoking:
Strictly no smoking allowed anywhere in the house. Smoking only allowed in garden where ashtrays must be used and all cigarette butts disposed of safely.
No pets:
No pets allowed anywhere in the house or garden.
No casual visitors:
The rental varies according to the number of guests. The house is rented to you for no more than the occupancy declared and agreed in the booking (not max occupancy). No other people should be allowed in the house at any time.
