Conveniently located and quiet. Easy access. Near Main Street Market and downtown Egg Harbor shops and restaurants. Furniture and bed very comfortable and clean throughout. Outdoor patio setting very nice. Prompt and good communication with hosts. We’d stay again. Note for planning, the refrigerator is smallish with no freezer.

Great spot for a few days. Kitchen very small and not fully equipped. Could not make a full meal there. Very small refrigerator. Otherwise, very clean and comfortable.

Cute flat

Great location and cute setup with easy check in and amazingly responsive hosts. There was a small hiccup with the internet and the host took care of it right away. The only things that could have improved it were that it would have been nice to have a broom and dustpan available to manage sand that got tracked in from swimming. It would also have been nice to have a spatula/ flipper in the kitchen.

Only suggestion would be to have the property cleaned better. Fan was very dusty, we cleaned the fan. Under the bed was very dusty. We would rent this location again.

Beautiful, Quiet, Clean, Modern Property

We loved our stay at the Flats on Church street! It was near the wineries we wanted to go to, and in a really serene, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking around Washington Island as well. We can’t wait to go back!

24 hours of Door County

We had bolted from a conference to get 24 hours of Door County before heading back to the other side of the state where we reside. This is our second year staying here. Weather was cold when we arrived so we went to the market and bought snacks for dinner and watched a movie. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our charcuterie dinner. Thank you for another delightful stay in Egg Harbor.

Weekday stay

Good location, check in and communication was flawless. Lack of storage places and small refrigerator make this a tight stay but somewhat workable. Appears clean but if you look there are areas that could use some attention.

Best vacation here yet

Staying at the flats was by far the best vacation home we’ve stayed in. From the modern architecture to the coziness of the condo, the location was close enough to walk to everything we needed yet quiet enough to make it feel like we were far away from everything. Communication with the hosts was fantastic and we had everything we needed. The only downfall of the space was the very small refrigerator and no freezer. We had prepped most of our food so it made it a little more difficult but we made it work with bags of ice and the cooler we brought. I can’t wait to come back next year with my daughter!
