「The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

「The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Excellent washer and dryer. Great communication with the host. Easy access to the Bear parking lot for shuttle pickup to Beaver Creek. The condo is at capacity for 4 adults and is best suited for a family with children. Would definitely lease again.」

「The condo was great and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for our quick 2 night stay. It was a bit difficult to figure out how to get the heat turned off in each room but we managed. The place was clean and everything worked great. Location was convenient and parking easy.」
