"Great check in, friendly staff, clean room. Shower had okay pressure, upper soap dish in the shower was badly placed and almost knocked myself out. Bed was comfortable. Wanted to chill and watch some TV, but couldn’t get it to work on Telus TV, Netflix, or Prime. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Went to check out and couldn’t find anyone, so I dropped the key cards and left. Happy I stayed on my free stay redemption, not worth the $150 nightly rate."

"No blow dryer in room as advertised, there wasn’t even a plug outlet in the bathroom. Not a Smart Tv so couldn’t watch Netflix, the cable only had one movie channel which was poor quality and some movies didn’t play to the full screen of the tv and all the buttons 9did not work on the remote. "

"Comfortable one night stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and staff was wonderful. Easy to find and close to everything we needed"

"We had no hot water, we were told that if we turned the hot water on it would get hot. This problem should have been mentioned on the website when booking"

"Parking was easy. The room was clean enough but cobwebs on the ceiling and general maintenance was neglected. I understand that the economy of the area is half of what of once was, the costs associated with refurbishment is hard to do. Anyway, the staff were very polite and helpful. The bed comfortable and a Pancake House nearby. It's all I needed. "
