Welcome to my beautiful clean home with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Spacious living room & kitchen on main floor, cozy 3 BR upstairs plus air mattress(es)for 1-8 guests. The master BR is ensuite. Strategically located in a peaceful neighborhood. 5 mins drive to U of A hospital, NAIT, Royal Alex Hospital, Kingsway mall, Transit Center/LRT, VIA Rail passenger Train Station & 5 KM to Rogers place/hockey Arena. Easy access to Yellow head trail and Anthony Henday highway. 11 km to West Edmonton Mall & Commonwealth stadium. Close to shopping center, Pubs & restaurants.

3 bedrooms accommodation in a Modern house, peaceful neighborhood with private entrance. Cozy bedrooms for 1 - 6 guests, spacious living room with smart TV, 2 couches and air mattress for additional guests to sleep. The master bedroom is ensuite, each room has a queen size bed and full- size closet. Beautiful, clean and centrally located.

PLEASE NOTE: Any late booking for same day check in, between 8 pm to 12 midnight, check in time will be from 4 pm the following day. Any booking between 12 midnight to 6 am for that same day, check in will start from 4 pm on that day.

Great and Comfortable stay

Fantastic place to stay

The host Mary is wonderful! The home is beautiful and was perfect for the two of us to stay while visiting family in Edmonton. The beds are very comfortable and street parking is very easy. I highly recommend this home to everyone!

Great location and spacious

It was a nice space for 3 adults in a great location that was central for where we needed to go. Each of us had our own bedroom that was quite spacious, especially the master bedroom. Cupboards were stocked with all that we needed. It was a great weekend getaway!

Just what we needed

Came to stay during the Canada Volleyball Tournament and it was a good spot to rent for ease of traveling between the Edmonton expo centre and grocery stores. We stayed for 4 nights total. It was clean and homie. There was adequate parking in front of the house 😊

Comfortable stay in Edmonton

The house was clean and very well kept. The beds in the 3 bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a little trouble figuring out the TV, but the owners came right over and helped us with it. A very quiet, beautiful neighbourhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Very clean and comfortable home

We found this home to be exactly what we (family of 4 adults) needed for a weekend visiting in Edmonton. Very clean, seemed to be newly built, with fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, nice living area, and 2 1/2 baths. It was very quiet. We hardly heard the people renting the basement. Not much to see in the neighborhood, with some sketchy businesses a few blocks away, but it's a good residential area, with a mix of newer and older homes. Plenty of free parking out front. Small but pleasant back yard with small patio.

Christmas in Edmonton

We loved the location of this house, and the street parking was good. We went there as a family to celebrate Christmas and to visit extended family. We were there for two hours when we got a call stating we were too noisy, we tried very hard to keep everything quieter after that. We were a family of 5 adults and 3 children ages 6 years, 2 years & 7 months, It was hard to keep them quiet. Last night there you could hear the downstairs residents making noise all night even carried to the bedroom floor. The house was clean and functional for us. We loved that there was a high chair included

Ladies in the City

Our stay in this house was an absolute delight. The house was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms spacious. It was wonderful having two full bathrooms on the bedroom floor and an additional half bath on the main floor. Mary was quick to respond to any queries and accommodated a separate arrival time for one of our group. Reading Mary's responses to other reviews helped to clarify what was expected of us as guests in her home. We had no interaction with the tenants downstairs - would not have known they were there without the notation in the description of the rental. The one lower rating in regards to check in was due to an issue with the front door lock - which our host prepared us for in her entry instructions. The lock would appear to accept the code and sound like it was opening but we would not get the "green light". Our stay coincided with a drop in temperatures and we were warned there may be issues. We simply went in through the back door. It was really no problem. Because we were notified about this ahead of time, we didn't feel the need to bother the host by reporting it and we were never unable to get into the home. It just became a running joke in our little group. I would highly recommend this rental and this host. I will not hesitate to book with her again. group. times for
