✦ Street parking is available unless signage indicates otherwise

✦ Guests may request garage opener after check-in
✦ Avoid blocking sidewalks, fire hydrants, or other driveways

🛏 Bedrooms & Sleeping
The Hollywood Suite (Upper Level)
King bed, blackout curtains, and your own private infrared sauna steps away. The ensuite has a soaker tub for unwinding after the sauna. Old Hollywood wallpaper and a chandelier set the tone.

The Marvel Room (Upper Level)
Two queen beds with floor-to-ceiling comic book wallpaper. Big windows flood the room with natural light. Mounted smart TV on the wall. The kids are already calling dibs.

Beauty & the Beast Room (Upper Level)
Queen bed with soft tones, plush bedding, and a calming feel. Mounted smart TV. A quiet retreat from the action downstairs.

The Comic Book Den (Upper Level)
Smart TV, board games, and a deep pillow couch that pulls out for extra sleeping. A hangout spot next to the bedrooms, perfect for winding down or setting up game night.

The Gotham Room (Lower Level)
Queen bed with dark grey walls, bold Batman art, and gold curtains. Mounted smart TV. Right next door to the home theater, so you can roll out of bed and hit play.

Sleeps up to 14: the pullout couch in the Comic Book Den adds extra space for larger groups.

🛁 Bathrooms
3.5 bathrooms total. The primary ensuite has a soaker tub. A full bathroom on the upper level connects to the Marvel and Beauty & the Beast rooms. The lower level has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bath beside the theater.

🍽 Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen on the main floor: gas range, dishwasher, full fridge and freezer, coffee maker, rice cooker, and everything you need for a real meal. Dining table seats 8.

🛋 Entertainment & Living
The Home Theater (Lower Level)
Projector, popcorn machine, and movie posters lining the dark walls. Plush sectional seating. Grab blankets, dim the lights, and pick a movie.

Living Room (Main Level)
Gas fireplace, smart TV, and enough seating for the whole group. The open layout connects to the kitchen and flows out to the patio through the back door.

🧺 Laundry & Essentials
In-unit washer and dryer on the main floor. High-speed WiFi. Iron and ironing board.

🌿 Outdoor Living
The fire table is going, the string lights are up, and the "Made You Famous" neon sign glows on the green wall. The BBQ is ready. The yard is fully fenced, so the dog can run while you cook. Covered deck with lounge seating.

This is a side-by-side duplex. Your space covers three full levels with a private entrance. You may hear nearby trains, a familiar rhythm on this side of the city.

As part of our commitment to protecting both our guests and our property, we require a signed rental agreement and your choice of stay protection: a $700 refundable security deposit or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver. A small processing fee ($6.86) applies for card verification. Details are provided after booking through our guest app. Exterior security cameras are installed at entry points for guest safety. Pets welcome with prior approval and a pet fee.
