You have full, private access to the entire home, all bedrooms, the den, the basement game room, and your private backyard. Self check-in is available 24/7 by smart keypad; your code and a step-by-step guide arrive through our check-in app before arrival, with no meeting up or key handoff. Free on-site parking gives you two private driveway spots plus free street parking out front, with no permits or plate registration. In-suite washer and dryer are available for your use.

Your Top Shelf Suite is the primary, with a King bed and a corner jacuzzi soaking tub in a spa-styled setting. The Rookie Room has a Queen. Downstairs, the Coach's Office is a Queen bedroom behind French doors, and Bench Buddies is the kids' room with two Queen beds and a loaded game console (Xbox Series S). The main-floor Hat Trick Hideaway den has a pull-out sofa, bringing your total capacity to 12.

The kitchen is equipped for group cooking, with seating for six at the dining table plus stools at the island. Your coffee bar features a Nespresso machine, a drip maker, a kettle, and a French press, with grounds, tea, sugar, and creamer stocked.

We provide a starter pack of essentials so you can settle in without a trip to the store. This includes a stocked coffee bar, cooking oil, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and more. For longer stays, nearby grocery stores make restocking easy, or we can arrange a convenient restocking service for you.

Most guests drive. The home is minutes from the city's main routes, which connect to the rest of Edmonton and to the QEII toward the airport and Calgary. Downtown is 23 minutes by car and the airport is 20. Free parking on site. Uber and taxi service are available.

We offer two ways to protect your stay, a $75 non-refundable damage waiver or a $700 refundable security deposit hold, released after check-out once everything is in order. We also require a signed rental agreement, provided after booking in our guest app. Exterior cameras are at entry points only, three total, for your added security. None inside. Pets are welcome at $163.50 per pet. Your backyard fire table and lounge are seasonal.
