The place is really nice and quiet. Has all the amenities. There’s also a resident manager on prem who’s extremely helpful. Would def stay here again.

Great stay. Location was convenient to visit family in the Royal Alexandra Hotel. Host was very helpful and responsive and the unit was quite nice.

Family trip

I most definitely be booking here again the care taker was amazing and helpful we had sone good talks outside. The kids loved the suite close to kdays.only issue was the tenants below us didnt follow the quiet time loud music and once i banged in floor it stopped. I was in suite 1 upstairs.thankyou for a wonderful place to stay in.god bless u all

Convenient Location

This apartment in the 4 plex was convenient for our convention at Roger’s Place. The suite was clean and beautifully renovated inside. The owners are excellent to deal with and maintained great communication.

Great, clean place to stay

The unit was clean and comfortable. Bedding was clean and bed were nice to sleep on. Very well kept, updated suite. The location was close to downtown and Rogers Center, however, not ideal for walking to downtown and the neighborhood is pretty rough. Parking spot provided outside of building, off street which was nice. Check in was very easy. Overall, I would recommend and I would stay here again, just know that you will likely want to drive and/or use Uber transportation.

Very good stay, I had been given the wrong unit information for check in, but with one of the property manager right on site had it solved in less than five minutes. The hot water was a little tricky to figure out for the tub. But I would stay again very clean and comfortable.

Excellent stay!

We arrived late and the back gate wasn’t working and the area also is not great. However, we felt extremely secure and safe once inside. The apartment is beautiful and updated and very clean! Overall we would stay again!!

Nice quiet place

The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. It was close to downtown and macewan university. It was in an older neighborhood so there was lots of run down houses in the area and we did run into a few people doing drugs on the street near by. But overall it was quiet and perfect for what we needed. Thankyou for the nice stay

Having a bus stop nearby meant that you can explore Edmonton very easily. Maggie was a great host! The place was extremely clean and well renovated. Lots of sunshine and natural lighting inside. Quiet neighbourhood extremely safe. I was never bothered or worried during my stay. I will definitely try and stay with Maggie next time I find myself in Edmonton.
