ALL DECKED OUT is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests. Close to playground with a short walk to main street and jetty.

Kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, extra chest freezer for your catch of the day! Open plan dining with ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, sliding doors that open on to an undercover decked area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. Lounge with TV, DVD and Play Station for the kids. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bathroom with vanity, Shower over bath, separate w/c.

NOW WITH WIFI INTERNET & APPLE BOX! To keep you entertained when the weather is bad and you can't go fishing!

Laundry with washing machine. Enclosed backyard, covered fish cleaning facility, undercover parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for your boat. Boaties will need to bring your own hose to flush out your boat motors.

Pillows and thick mink blankets are provided with spare blankets available, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Bed configuration - Bed 1 - double , Bed 2 - queen plus bunk, Bed 3 - double plus single

Edithburgh has an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, IGA, deli, fuel, cafe, take away, hotel. Only a minute short drive to the beautiful Sultana Point Beach.

Great place for dogs and kids

Our daughter loved the holiday house. She did not want to leave. The backyard was spacious and well looked after. The bathroom roof and the leather seat could do with touch ups and re-upholstering. Edithburgh is a great location on the Yorke Peninsula.

The house had everything we needed for our stay, it was comfortable clean and tidy, one problem was a few wine stains in the carpets that could be steam cleaned out before rented to the next lot of visitors, overall not to bad for the price

The biggest highlight for us was being able to bring our chihuahua, which made the experience even better. We also loved having Netflix available to enjoy a family movie at night.The house is older and the carpets and lounge could benefit from a refresh. There was an older style, mothball type smell throughout the home. I am quite sensitive to odours, so this may not affect everyone. The house was generally in line with what you would expect for the price.The host was very helpful and kind, and communication throughout our stay was great. Overall, we were happy with our stay and if we head to Edithburgh again, we would definitely stay here.

Can sleep up to nine people so if three couples were to share the costs would be a very affordable holiday or large family.I bought my kids and grandchildren and they had a great time. Plenty of room for a boat with good fish cleaning facilities. Two hotels in Edithburg we went to the Edithburg Hotel great food and friendly service did not like the other hotel my choice. Grandies loved the tidal pool. overall 9/10 experience, will stay there again. Dee and Sharon the agents for the rental were very helpful, thanks guys
