Summer is here, it's hot, and the turtles are nesting. During turtle season (May-October), please remember to:

Turn off house lights that are visible from the beach.
Remove golf carts from beach within 15 minutes of sunset.
If walking on the beach at night, use only RED flashlights.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 5-bath coastal home offers room for everyone across multiple levels, making it ideal for families or larger groups visiting the coast.

Located on a quiet sand-shell road, the home features beautiful panoramic views of the marsh, tidal creek, and ocean from several porches and living areas.

Lower Level

The lower level offers a large open-concept living space with a Smart TV, couch, twin daybed, king bed, and a full bathroom. This level also has a private exterior entrance from the garage.

With easy access to the stairs, guests of all ages can comfortably move between floors.

Second Level

The second floor includes several bedrooms with peaceful marsh views along with an additional living area that opens to a porch where you can enjoy ocean views and hear the surf.

The primary suite features:
- King bed

- Separate tub and shower
- Additional bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for the rest of the group.

Third Level – Main Living Area
The heart of the home is the third-floor living space, featuring a light-filled open layout and a striking domed ceiling.

- A sunroom overlooking the marsh and tidal creek

Just steps from the sunroom is a covered porch, where you can relax while taking in the natural beauty of the ACE Basin, described by The Nature Conservancy as one of the “last great places on Earth.”

Good to Know Before Booking:
This is a well-maintained older coastal home with thoughtful updates, but it is not a newly built luxury property. Guests looking for a comfortable beach house with incredible views and unique character will feel right at home.

Important Safety Note:
The dock on the property is not available for guest use and is clearly blocked off. For safety reasons, guests should not access the dock.


- This home is dog friendly with a $200 pet fee. We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that they are cleaned up after.
- Please exercise appropriate caution and safety around the water.
- Please do not use the dock. You are assuming all safety and liability if you choose to go on the dock.
- NO motorcycles permitted

While there are kayaks on site, they are essentially unusable from the home itself except on high-tides. The HOA will not allow us to put handrails on the deck making it safe & up to code legally. Therefore we do not advertise kayak use from the home. We do not advise kayak use even at high tides, and a liability waiver is required to be signed by guests if kayaks are used. There are some sites nearby that kayaks can be put in, but not an easy walk from the home & kayaks can not be dragged.
