JOIVY Haymarket offers a stylish and homely experience for our guests to unwind and relax. Our cosy en-suite rooms provide everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including free Wi-Fi. Located in the centre of Edinburgh in a traditional Victorian townhouse, directly across from Haymarket Train Station and only a 20 minute walk from Princes Street. The famous Old Town, The Royal Mile and The Water of Leith are easily reached by foot or a short bus ride away.



The Space:

We have various room types in the hotel which are all elegantly decorated deep blue and yellow, providing guests with the perfect comfort.

Free toiletries, towels and linen are provided in all rooms.

Our Standard double rooms are spacious and bright providing our guests with perfect comfort. Each room has a double bed with a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV and a kettle to suit your needs.

There is no reception as the hotel uses a very easy self check-in and check-out system. You also have access to our communal area, with seating and free coffee for you to enjoy.

The kitchen and garden areas of the hotel are unfortunately out of use at the moment, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Getting Around:

There is no parking on site. The train station is a 1-minute walk from the Hotel where there is a taxi rank outside.



The city centre and various city attractions are all within a 20-30 minute walking distance of the Hotel.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: As our property does not have a 24-hour reception, we are unfortunately unable to offer luggage storage before check-in. However, guests can use Radical Storage, which provides secure and insured luggage storage locations throughout Edinburgh.



If you would like ironing facilities, please request from us prior to arrival.



Please note that there is ongoing extensive road work outside the hotel, so a disruptive noise is possible during your stay. JOIVY apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
