The Neuk is an ideal family self-catering holiday apartment centrally located in the Scottish seaside town of North Berwick in East Lothian. The apartment is situated on St Andrews Street in a Victorian apartment building
The Neuk has plenty of charm with high ceilings, large bay windows, corner window seating, plus is situated less than a minute walk to the town centre and the beach
Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms
Master bedroom has a super king sized bed which can be converted to two single beds. Please let us know if you require the master bed room to be set up as a twin room. The room will be set up as a super king size unless otherwise requested.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
Sitting room:
There is a spacious sitting room with 2 sofas and a window seat as well as an Apple TV which includes Netflix access.
Shower room:
There is a shower room with walk in shower, w/c and wash hand basin.
Kitchen:
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob and oven, sink, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you will require for a self-catering holiday.
Dining area
There is a family dining area with dining table seating four guests
Suitability:
The Neuk is one of our child friendly holiday properties. If you are bringing little ones, we have plenty of board games and toys available to make your holiday more enjoyable
General:
Central heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rental.

Parking
Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex, as restrictions are set by the local council and may change seasonally and from year to year. We strongly recommend checking current parking regulations in advance of your arrival. Unfortunately, parking availability and enforcement are outside our control, and we are not able to assist with parking arrangements on the day of check-in - https://www.eastlothian.gov.uk

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
