"Friendly, helpful staff at desk. Clean room. Only issue was that it's wasn't really sound proof. It wasn't loud but there was still noise from the interstate traffic. Also the cold water spigot for the Jacuzzi in our room was loose and not working quite right."

My only slight issue was that the place was a bit noisy, not because of anything unusual going on, but I think the walls were a little thin. "We loved staying at Donna and Robert’s apartment! We wish we had the time to stay longer. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the couch was very comfy for watching tv and relaxing on. Absolutely EVERYTHING we needed, and MORE, was provided in the kitchen area etc. The air was fresh and clean also. Easy to use the central heat/ac. No noises from below or outside. We had the opportunity to meet Robert and he was very pleasant to speak with. Private and safe area. Recommend in the area: Woodstock Cafe and for amazing French Toast: Peggy’s Diner."

"The kitchen was perfect to have dinners with everyone! We BBQd, used the stove and oven. Had plenty of cooking utensils. The view was spectacular at any temperature and any time of day or night. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, inside and in the hot tub. When it got too warm, the air conditioning was awesome. Everything worked as described!"

"What an experience! Listening to the water rolling over the rocks while relaxing in a hammock or under a star filled sky next to a fire. Walking through the crystal clear river I could not help but think of the lyrics...almost heaven, Blue Ridge Mountains...Shenandoah river...The cabin is comfortable and the host was attentive and very responsive. We hope to return someday. Exceeded our expectations."

"What a wonderful property with all the perks. My young adult kids absolutely loved the hot tub and pool table. They also loved having their own personal space with the Tri level home. The area and landscape could not have been more amazing. Dolly and her husband were super responsive and such kind caring people. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for all of us!
