「The hotel is located at BDL Airport and convenient for catching flight.」

「La Quinta is always reliable and maintains the same level of quality everywhere. I love this hotel. The location is good. There are restaurants nearby, and you can walk to a liquor store.」

「A gem in Granby. My husband and I stayed for one night. The hosts were excellent and made great recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. The room was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfy and we both got a great night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We had blueberry pancakes with ham. The coffee was good as well. I would definitely stay here again if we had the chance! Many thanks to the hosts!」

「Service was poor no toothpaste or soap in bathroom」

「Front desk staff allowed homeless people to enter in the breakfast area and grab anything they would like. While the person attending the breakfast area did not want to allow this, when the front desk person came over they did allow it.」

「I arrived at the hotel after midnight and left around 11 AM the next morning to meet someone, so I mainly used the hotel just for sleeping and breakfast rather than spending time there. For that purpose, it worked fine. The room itself was clean and sanitary. Amenities were fairly minimal (two small soaps plus shampoo and conditioner only), but enough for a short stay. I personally had some trouble figuring out how to turn on or use the TV, although that may have been more on me than the...

「Thank you for having us」

「Clean room and comfy mattresses. The place allows pets which found us waiting for the next elevator so the guest with the barely controllable Pitt bulls could go ahead. The person at check-in seemed like she was juggling a lot of other people’s duties but was quick, efficient and very accommodating. The room was basic but quiet enough. For the price though, I guess I was expecting the overall vibe and quality of the amenities at the place, like the small pillows and thin blankets to be a bit...

「By far my worst day in a comfort Inn. I’ve stayed in quite a few comforts, especially in the Connecticut area and I’ve always had a great experience. This one was well below the standards and does not need to have the Comfort Inn name attached to it. The standards and level of maintenance is well below anything an average travelet would expect. After checking in we were assigned to room 407. Our first impression was to see that there was a huge dent in the bed. It resembled a bowl. There were...

「Receptionist was kind and helpful for traveler like me.」
