Private apartment.

In Edgewater for the first time. Very pleased with the location, very close to the water front, restaurants and our son’s home. The neighborhood is a great place to walk and the hostess was very welcoming

Great Location!

We loved our apartment! Because it was on the second floor, we had a great view of the intercoastal waterways. It is clean, very nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We also loved that it’s in a quiet residential area. A wonderful walking/bike riding path along the waterway is just one house away. It’s about 3 or so miles and goes to New Smyrna Beach where there’s so much to do and see. We will be coming back and hope to stay there when we visit our friends again.

Great Stay

The condo was perfect, great little kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, very clean and quiet. Naomi was awesome and very responsive. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays!

Beautiful stay

I came here to visit my family who lives in the area. I had to bring my dog. She and I loved the yard and what a beautiful place to take a walk with your dog too. This will be my go to place from now on when visiting family.

Cozy and Comfortable

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks and from the moment we walked in we knew it was the perfect place. Naomi made sure everything you could think of was there, it felt like a home away from home. Our two small Shelties came with us and enjoyed running around the fences in yard especially while we grilled. I always felt safe coming and going and morning walks along the intercostal were so relaxing. Our view from the apartment was so lovely, the living area and kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to work remotely with great WiFi service. The bedroom was comfortable and charming. It really is a Magical place! Beautiful grounds, ample parking, great location and all the comforts of home!! And Naomi was a wonderful host, very responsive and available. I would highly recommend this property, it was perfect!

Fantastic weekend

We booked Naomi’s apartment for a 3 day weekend. Arrive Thursday evening and we were immediately impressed with the views. The yard was beautiful and fenced which was perfect for our dog. The apartment was on the second floor. But no worries easy access as soon as you walked in the gate. The apartment was extremely clean and ready for us. It’s not a small place, I was concerned with one bedroom it be more like a studio, but boy was I wrong. It had a big kitchen with all new appliances and everything we needed for our stay. Had a nice cozy living room and a nook din-net with a kitchen table that looked right out over the river. Down the hallway was an ample size bedroom with a comfy queen mattress. The bathroom was nice, clean and updated. This was perfect for us, we had our dog, and even was able to bring and park my boat and trailer. Boat ramp was a 1/4 mile down the road. Nice paved walking sidewalk ran along the river. There as also a great park a hop skip and jump from the apartment we enjoyed 3 days of fishing and frolicking at Naomi’s place. Now about Naomi, what a great host always available by phone, kept in continuous contact during our stay. We will be back again soon! Anyone looking for an affordable place, you won’t find anything better I promise you
