Welcome to our River & Beachside Getaway in Edgewater, Florida which borders New Smyrna Beach, with 13 miles of white sandy beaches and has a drive and no drive section to the beach.
We are enclosed by 2 National Park and don't have all the high rise cement buildings like most Florida Coastal towns. This quaint town has lots of nature, from dolphins and Manatees in our Intra-Coastal waters to Sea Turtles coming back each year to lay their offspring. We have every water sport you could wish, from Surfing to paddle boarding and offer some of the best fishing around. If you love to watch nature, take a boat tour in our lagoons to see our wildlife. This house has a boat lift and a dock that is shared. Proof of Insurance etc needed to use. This area is the way Florida used to be back in the older days with Historical Flagler Ave which has lots of special events, great restaurants and quaint shops. Just a lay back beachside town with friendly people and beautiful beaches. We are 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral but can view great launches from our beaches which are incredible to watch. We are the closest beach to all the Theme Parks in Orlando Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios.
The closest airports are Daytona Beach, Sanford Orlando and Orlando International.
Central East coast location makes it great for daytime trips!
The house is a private home with 3 bedrooms , 2 baths , 2 car garage with a nice wide driveway. Cathedral ceilings open full kitchen to living room and a large front room with an extra dining area. It has a desk in case you need to work during your stay and a washer and dryer of course.
It also has a beautiful large sunporch area and located right across from the river and it has a private dock with a lift for boats which the owner will consider renting out, for more info please just ask. Proof of Ins., ownership etc. The draft is 3 to 4 Ft. so smaller vessels. The pier is owned by 5 people so we need to know you have experience.
Otherwise we would ask you to just rent from the mariner with professionals that do all for you if you are renting a boat. This area has nice sidewalks if you would like to walk along the river and is less than 5 minutes to the beach. Come on down and enjoy yourselves we would love to have you.
