「What I always have problems with at this hotel is the parking lot, where they are not attentive to open the gate even though there is an audio button, but it is too small so you can't get the car close to the wall. On the other hand, they don't provide water to the guests.」

「Cool place due to all the character and culture it has but I booked the executive suite that brings the hot tub paid extra to relax and wasn’t even able to use it because my room never had warm water in the shower plus showing up the day of arrival I got to the hotel around 2pm and didn’t get my room until 4:30 when check in was at 3pm and I never saw over 15-20 ppl in the property」

「As an American tourist I was not supposed to pay taxes bc I had already pay taxes when I bought the ticket. They forced me to pay tax again even though I show them proof I was a tourist. Non supportive rude staff at front desk. Breakfast was included and they refused to provide me with an early snack or a cup of coffee since I had to leave earlier. In the past didn’t charge me taxes and also provided me with some snack fruit to go. This was a clear bad example for expedia to endorsed. They...

「Comodo, amables y limpio. Gracias!」

「Breakfast was good. Years ago I used to stay at this hotel and it was very nice. The hotel is not what it used to be. It's in need of a lot of updating..」

「Muy bien」

「The staff was helpful except that they can't keep the minimal order to allow you to sleep at night . I have never been in such a noisy place . The building pictures are deceiving, the street was dirty and looked abandoned . Is just a cheap place . I choose it looking for something in the historical center with reasonable time to get to the airport early in the morning . I didn't expect to lose hours of sleep while gaining 15 more minutes on the road .」
