The 80 square meters of living space are spread over two floors and a spacious terrace. At the front, in the enclosed courtyard, there are two parking spaces and access to the basement, where items such as bicycles can be stored.
The front door opens into an open entryway with a warm wooden staircase and a loft. A bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and a washing machine is located immediately to the right. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Past the coat rack area is the living and dining room with a small couch, a reading lamp, and a 4-person dining table. For cozy evenings, there’s a small stereo system and a pellet fireplace in addition to the TV. Adjacent to this is the small kitchen, equipped with a pod coffee maker, cooking facilities, an oven, and a compact dishwasher. The living room also opens onto a small courtyard with seating and leads out to the garden. Internet access is available.
On the upper floor, there is a guest restroom as well as the two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. The beds measure 1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.60 m x 2.00 m. Shower and bath towels, bed linens, and fuel for the stove are included.
For our youngest guests, who stay free of charge up to age 6, a crib and high chair are available upon request. Pets are usually welcome as well, subject to prior arrangement.
We wish you a wonderful stay right at the foot of the Palatinate Forest—one of Germany’s largest contiguous forest areas, offering an almost endless array of leisure and relaxation activities in the immediate vicinity. Whether you prefer hiking, biking, or savoring the delicacies of Palatinate cuisine—and, of course, the outstanding Palatinate wine—this region has something to suit every taste.

Within just a few minutes’ walk from our cottage, you’ll find numerous spots for a cozy evening out. Hiking and biking trails through the picturesque vineyards, with stunning views of the Palatinate Forest, invite you to enjoy all kinds of cycling and hiking tours.
For our younger guests, there’s a great playground within walking distance in town, featuring plenty of play equipment, space to play soccer, and even a small stream. Likewise, in the neighboring town of Edenkoben, the “AllaHopp” complex—a large playground—offers numerous ways to pass the time.
Of course, here in Edesheim there are also bakeries, butchers, and other shopping options for everyday needs, banks with ATMs, pharmacies, doctors, and, of course, bus and train stops so you can enjoy further tours and excursions even without your own car.
