"This place is mediocre at best. For the price you pay per night is what you get. Bed is hard for those who have slept at a getaway cabin think of that kind of hard. Bed frame is noisy everytime you adjust it creaks. The room furniture is basic chair in the corner and the "office" chair is a basic chair you find at good will no wheels. Overall the building looks nice but inside is basic to maximize profit for the company. "

"They did not clean my room but once in a 7 night stay. The breakfast is ok, waffles, sausage and eggs, cereals and toast or bagels"

"I interacted with three different staff members and each was lovely. I was given a very nice room with easy access. The bed was comfy, room temperature easy to control, nice shower, etc. I stayed two nights, but really only for sleeping; I didn't test out the tv or breakfast bar as I was busy attending events over three days both in Ashland and Medford. The inn is perfectly situated for easy access to both communities. "

"Easy check in, first room was not clean, candy wrappers and a used bed, but was quickly resolved and upgraded to a suite. We left a day early and because I had prepaid through hotels.com I was refunded anything. Nice breakfast. Great staff. Ample parking. Gas station right next door which was nice. Panera was only a block or so away, beautiful restaurant and excellent food for our in room movie watching. "

"Street noise is very loud. If you are on the "Center Street" side of the property I doubt you'll be able to sleep very well. The building apparently doesn't have much soundproofing and Oregonians apparently like to rev their engines very high at night. The hotel and staff are as expected for the level but the noise, especially during sleep hours, makes it impossible to recommend."
