Newly constructed in 2022, this modern mountain designed home features 5 large bedrooms and four bathrooms. This home has something for everyone - including a well appointed kitchen, a large tv & game room with pool table plus two large outdoor living areas with incredible views and a brand new in-ground hot tub!

The house is beautiful, with amazing views. We had 12 deer in the back valley one evening. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. The beds were all very comfortable. We cooked each evening, utilizing the gas grill on the back deck. We ski at Snowbasin every year, staying in Eden. This was one of our favorite homes to stay. There were 10 in our group from Hawaii and Washington State.

Beautiful place with just a few minor complaints…housekeeping must be rushed to get the house clean as there were dirty footprints on the sofa and children’s handprints on the picture window. One bathroom was out of soap and toilet paper; luckily both were in an unlocked closet. Kitchen could use organizing.That being said, the view is beautiful and the house was great for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and some of our group enjoyed the community pool.

Fabulous weekend getaway

This gorgeous home had plenty of room for all of us (10 adults, 2 babies). We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and clubhouse. The views CANNOT be beat! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of dishes for all of us. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed the view from the deck in the mornings as well as the evenings. Lots of space inside the home and plenty of privacy. Pineview Reservoir was lovely... get there early for a nice beach spot/parking... fills up fast! Highly recommend!

Best Stay Ever!

A group of friends and I came to Utah to golf and run a Spartan race. Our friend group regularly goes on vacations together and this house was the nicest house we have ever stayed in. We had every single thing we needed, plus more. The house and view was beautiful. We have already planned a trip back next year! We loved the house!

Great Mountain House in Eden

We had a great time at Tyler’s place in Eden. It’s a great location no matter what you are up to, but for us, it was super convenient to get to and from Powder Mountain. The house is huge. Has all the amenities you might need and is in great shape. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Thanks, Tyler!
