"Clean room, choice of pillows. Coffee maker and milk in the refrigerator was appreciated. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Special thanks to Thea in the bar/restaurant! She is delightful! Easy to walk to harbor,etc. Breakfast was amazing!!!!"

"The staff are friendly and welcoming, the facilities are good, there is plenty of off street parking, and it is in a convenient location, on Great South Roadm"

"The room smelt pungently of raw fish and actually made us gag when we walked in. The carpets were torn, stained and unravelling. The walls had holes in them and some of the lights didn’t work. We were on the 15th floor in a two bedroom view room."
