"I was surprised to find this nice place in Eddyville, IA. It looks like a garage on a vacant lot that was transformed into a very nice “hotel suite”. I was there for a class reunion and some of my classmates mentioned they would stay there when visiting if available."

"This property really was home away from home. They provided everything you would need for a great vacation. Randy wasn't kidding when he said to pack light. Bring your food and enjoy. Very close to the boat ramps at rathbun lake. The only issue we had was the parking is tight with a boat and 2 vehicles. ..."
