「The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good, and in addition, there are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the hotel, making it very convenient. The hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had no inconvenience at all during my stay. The bathrooms and toilets are a little small, but they are adequate for business use.」

「This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am extremely satisfied with their service, the facilities, and the central location. Will definitely return here if visiting Quito again.」

「Un lugar muy céntrico, la vista increíble y el apartamento realmente en excelentes condiciones. NO hay acceso a la piscina aunque está en las amenidades que ofrecen, incluso no fue posible ni subir a la terraza porque los propietarios permanentes no lo permiten. No deberían de ponerlo como amenidad si no está disponible, resto todo perfecto.」

「The host family is super nice. The rooms are clean. The bed was small but comfortable. Hot water was spotty, and the shower was not ideal, but it got the job done. Overall, I loved the neighborhood- great food, coffee shop, and easy to Uber to the main parts of Quito and Cumbaya. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. 」

「The property is excellent. I didn’t like that you have to wear a head cover to use the pool. We didn’t take any so we couldn’t use the pool. 」

「Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine.」
