"Schöne Aussicht und nettes Personal. Das Chalet und die Einrichtung war schon etwas älter. Aber es war sauber und alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Nur in der Küche fehlt ein Backofen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall die Zimmer mit einem Balkon. Geschäfte sind etwas weiter entfernt und wer nach Evian in Zentrum laufen möchte sollte gut zu Fuss sein, weil die Unterkunft schon etwas am Hang liegt."

"The hotel had a perfect location to hop on the Metro and to take the train as well as convenience to restaurants, shops and the Saturday market. The public rooms and sleeping rooms were gorgeous and clean, and the hotel staff was helpful and knowledgeable We enjoyed cocktails in Le Bar and dinner in The Brasserie restaurant, both in the hotel. "Have stayed here several times and the staff are always fantastic and the location is perfect. Would be nice to have more dining options for lunch and dinner as normally the area around Evian can be a little hard on dining options most places shut at times during the day"

"Quality More than we pay for a hotel, but as it was the end of the holiday, we thought we would. It was worth every penny. From the guy running the parking, reception and all the staff we Matt were both polite and helpful. Clearly, extremely well trained. We were upgraded to a terrace room overlooking the lake, which was absolutely fantastic as was the quality of all aspects of the accommodation. Definitely recommend anyone staying here. We will be back."
