「New and clean room, but lazy stuff. Still okay for cheap price.」

「Everything was good」

「Was greeted by only staff as soon as I arrived, even though I arrived late after a long day of travel. They have a bar attached that had great music and had a good vibe. When I got to my room it was spacious, it was clean and ready for me to have a great nights sleep. I was told the night before that there would be breakfast served in the morning beginning at 6 AM. I got to breakfast around eight something food was hot fresh and delicious. Everyone that I encountered that worked here was an...

「Once I got to this hotel after driving 3 hours, they told me there was an emergency with some of the rooms and mine was one of them. Then they sent me to the Moxy Hotel, a VERY busy hotel, overly modern and a bar in the check in/checkout area. Nothing like the old world charm of the Renaissance Hotel. They didn’t refund me, only said they would pay for my room at the Moxy Hotel . Once I checked in at The Moxy, they told me that “the Renaissance overbooked themselves again, now we have to fix...

「I found the front desk staff super helpful and welcoming. I needed an ironing board for my conference outfit and they brought on swiftly, right to my room. I also found the parking easy, with a slip of paper giving me easy in and out access. The parking garage ramps are a little narrow and I scraped my hubcaps, but that's as much me as them. Just be careful if you park there. The room was lavish, with great toiletries provided in the bathroom, lots of towels, a comfortable, warm bed,...

「Pictures were very deceiving. Walls were paper thin, and you could hear everything all night long…. There was also an event with loud music and people hanging out in the halls into the hours of early morning. We will not be back.」

「Great stay. Water pressure in the shower was low.」

「Place had a great vibe, clean and bar was nice」
