Family Reunion

We all enjoyed our stay at Highlander Lodge. We ranged in age from 2 to 91 and there was something for everyone. We appreciated a fully equipped kitchen, 2 gas bbqs, toys and high chairs and beds for the kids. The game room was thoroughly enjoyed as was the hot tub. Plenty of parking, too.

It was a quick drive up to Snoqualmie for skiing and over to Suncadia for sledding. We really enjoyed the game rooms and the basketball court! So much for the kids to do!

Great Friends Getaway

We came with 4 other families with teenagers. It is a great house for this age group; the kids loved having the upstairs game room all to themselves. The master bedroom is the closest room to that large room with bunks, but that’s the luck of the draw. It was a bit noisy but we blame the teenagers, obviously. We will certainly be back next summer!

Reviewer Comments: We had an unforgettable stay at this amazing property in Easton, WA, where we celebrated a very special occasion—a vow exchange with our group of 30+ people. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this home was designed with large groups in mind. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, yet it still felt cozy and welcoming.The setup was perfect for all ages. The kids were constantly entertained with the variety of games and activities available—both indoors and out. The basketball court was a huge hit with everyone, and there were plenty of game options for the adults to enjoy as well. One of our favorite features was the beautiful fire pit located right next to the creek, which provided the perfect spot for winding down in the evenings under the stars. It was peaceful, scenic, and a great place to make memories.This place truly had everything we needed to celebrate, relax, and connect as a group. Highly recommend for anyone planning a large family gathering, retreat, or celebration. We’re already talking about coming back!

Incredible Family Venue!

The home was absolutely gorgeous, and having multiple game/ activity locations throughout the house kept everyone busy and happy, and the ability to switch things up. They have nearly every activity you'd think of - including the basketball-racket-volley ball court, incredible! We were content to just stay put, with no need to go elsewhere to be entertained. The setting was beautiful, it was near to the west side making it easily accessible. It was really a great weekend, thank you.

Great space for kids with plenty activities to keep them busy the entire time! Quiet, peaceful and well spread out for large groups. Volleyball, basketball, racquetball... dodgeball! You name it and we did it all. Separate large garage with table tennis, foosball, air hockey, video games... all ages welcome! Nice campfire area, hot tub and bbq area. Beautiful decor throughout with space for quiet time as well. I bring my kids and grandkids and never worry about a thing! Love love this place❤️

Fabulous Family Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Highlander Lodge was a nearly perfect spot for our family gathering of 14 adults and six children ages 1-10. We loved the variety of common areas to hang out—the family room, the garage space, the diner, the dining room and the hot tub area, the gymnasium and the outside table. There were lots of activities at the house plus we enjoyed nearby Lake Easton and the town of Roslyn. There’s a bit of road noise from the nearby highway while outside but it was manageable. A couple of very minor things that could enhance the stay would be a dimmer switch in the dining room, some battery-operated electric lanterns (there was an area-wide power outage one evening), and a bit more airing out of the house before arrival (it had some stale cooking scent from the prior renters). Overall a great stay though!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Highlander Lodge! The management company was great to work with. The beds were generally comfortable and blankets and pillows were plentiful. Each bedroom had an air conditioner in it as did the living room and upstairs game room. The units were a bit too loud at times, but good to have. The host provided plenty of towels for 30 people as well as towels for the hot tub—something the pre-trip information said weren’t provided. I wound up bringing a lot of things for our group of 30 that we didn’t need because the property management company didn’t have a detailed inventory available. The hosts provided a good amount of TP, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, and hand soap. Our big group did need more TP and paper towels, but that was expected. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware. They had various baking dishes, cutting boards, pots, and pans. If you’re cooking for a large group, you’re going to want to bring your own stock pots a large pans like we did. Bringing my own knives along with plenty of spatulas and serving spoons proved smart, too. A detailed inventory of the kitchen would have helped a lot. The garage game room, indoor gym, and creek were a huge success with the kids, ages 3-19. We only saw the kids when they were hungry. And the gorgeous weather meant we could eat outside so we had enough space. Downsides: The spiral staircases were awkward for our taller family members with big feet. A sconce in one of the staircases scraped multiple people. The limit on trash was low for our huge group, so we had to make two dump runs to Cle Elum rather than risk fees for leaving too much garbage.With two bedrooms, a bunk room, and the main living spaces all on the same level, the single bathroom in that space was inadequate. We had to send the kids staying in the downstairs bunk room to other bathrooms and redirec

Perfect stay for a family of 30!

Stayed for Easter weekend with my family, the space easily accommodated our group of 30. There was plenty of space for everyone and activities for all ages. We especially loved the indoor basketball/volleyball court!! Will definitely come back again soon.

All the twins are juniors in high school and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Even better than expected

Stayed here with family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I have to say it was even better than expected. It had everything in the listing - lots of bedrooms, the game room and sport court, etc. But I really appreciated all the little ways that it was a family-friendly house. There was a whole cupboard of kid dishes. There were little stools in every bathroom so kids could reach the sinks. There were three high chairs, and a bookshelf of kids books for various levels. Everything was well stocked, clean, and easy to use. Loved this place, and we're excited to go back one day!

Great Place for our family reunion

What a great place to have our family reunion. We comfortably fit our 25 family members. The children really enjoyed the arcade and indoor basketball court. Good amount of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. More than enough plates, pots, pans, utensils etc. provided. We would surely come back for another stay.

The space is great.... lots of fun activities, but also spaces to be quiet and alone at times. Easy travel to several small towns, Lake Easton State Park, with great walks, is close, and a hamburger stand/coffee shop is within walking distance. One thing we totally missed when making the booking that might be useful information for others, however, was the number of stairs, especially ones that made it difficult for our group (all 70+ years). Perfect space for younger people, and we managed to have a great time anyway.

Perfect for large families

We liked having so many bedrooms as well as 2 bunkrooms. We loved the gym, gamerooms, and hot tub. The location was convenient and easy to find. The property is large and private. There is some noise from I-90 but it wasn't bad and it didn't bother anyone in our group. We visited nearby Lake Easrmton and Cke Elum Lake. I would definitely like to stay here again.
