「The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!」

「This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. 「Hotel agréable. Les chambres sont de très grandes dimensions et la literie confortable. Petit dejeuner de qualités. Les chambres donnent sur une zone piétonne juste à côté de la basilique. Stationnement privé de grande taille. Restaurant de bonne qualité au rez-de-chaussée de l'hôtel.」

「Košice is a small town in Slovakia so we didn't expect that much on the place we stay. But it was really a luxury room with beautiful bathroom and a sauna! They welcomed us with cocktails and tasty Slovakian wine for free of charge. We got to choose our breakfast from 15 different selections and they were all good. All rooms were clean and air-conditioned. Staffs are really friendly and understood English with no problem. We should had stayed there for more nights!!」
