「We loved the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee. No bananas or fresh fruit. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite cramped. There was one bench/shelf for luggage immediately inside the door. I would have preferred a folding luggage rack that you could place where you felt most appropriate. The refrigerator in the room was on the warm side with no way to adjust it.」

「We loved staying here. Made an awesome latte for me in the little cafe behind the front desk... Amazing views, quiet, outdoor pool and hot tub were a nice plus.」

「Stayed in Baker City while travelling to Utah. Hotel was located just off the interstate making it easy to get up and hit the road in the morning. The hotel was clean and there was minimal noise considering being position just off the interstate. Downtown Baker City is approximately a 20-30 minute walk to the beautiful downtown city centre with lots of local food options if you’d prefer a sit down restaurant instead of fast food. Great hotel at a great price. 」

「We were unsatisfied because the elevator was out of order. We were on the second floor and the stairs do not have a handrail. It was dangerous. An email telling us about the elevator would have given us the option of staying somewhere else. The staff when they were available were helpful and apologetic. Do not recommend this hotel.Sadly.」

「設備よく一見出来るところは掃除されていました チェックインは親切でした ランドリー綺麗です 若年層のスタッフが多く残念ですがチグハグなサービスだった気がします 朝食を丁寧にサービスしてくれたのですが、解凍しただけの生温いワッフルは美味しくないです 連泊に昨今の風潮でしょうが、ハウスキーピングサービスが無いそうです 一泊のみをお勧めします 値段の割になんだかなあ？と言った感想でした 」
